Position Summary : This is manual work at the journeyman level mainly in the maintenance and repair of commercial plumbing and heating systems. Work involves the performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week; overtime may be required Pay Scale : Up to $28.00 per hour DOE + Benefits Benefits : Medical, FSA (Flexible Spending Account), Life Insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Dental Plans, 401K, Paid PTO, Holidays & Vacation, Company Vehicle, Company Phone. Requirements : Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass background & drug screens State license of Master Plumber preferred 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial experience Willing to work in all types of weather Ability to lift 50lb+, access crawlspaces and attics, use ladders Ability to travel to job sites out of town plumber, installer, hvac, journeyman, journeyman plumber, residential service, residential, commercial, install, installation
