Role Description Drink the District is looking for a part time event staff. This role is a combination of skills, blending creativity, a passion for enhancing the customer experience into one. This role is responsible for representing Drink the District and our affiliated unique events that cater to our unique brands and include both one-off and recurring series. This role will rely heavily on guest experience. It is our goal to continually host world-class events, big and small, throughout the year. It is the role of part time event staff to provide an unparalleled guest journey through each event. Are you ready to catch the creative winds in your sail, and help us Deliver the Unexpected ? Responsibilities Pour beer and wine. Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times. Set up and tear down Drink the District and Taste of DC branded events Check in guests at events Take inventory of product at tasting tables Job Requirements Commitment to and alignment with the company's core values Attend huddles to gain knowledge and understanding of our various events and locations Be a relentless perfectionist with a positive attitude who has a high level of attention to mastering the minutia and competitive spirit Be Everyone an Entrepreneur and find new revenue sources within events and experiences Attention to detail is vital Keen understanding that a positive guest experience is imperative to success Job Posted by ApplicantPro
