We do have three branch locations and they are located in Sparta, Tomah, and West Salem, WI.The position we search to fill is a Member Service Representative. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position located in our Sparta office and the general hours of work could be anywhere from 7:20am - 5:45pm Monday-Friday and 7:50am - 11:50am on Saturday's. The pay range is a minimum of $14.98 per hour and a maximum is $20.98 per hour. Your immediate team consist of 9 individuals who like to help each other succeed. As a Member Service Representative II you will be assisting with opening/closing the branch, greeting and welcoming members and visitors to the credit union in a professional manner, provide prompt, accurate, and efficient service to the members, performing member transactions (deposits, withdraws, check cashing, etc.), process night deposits and mail transactions, assist with safety deposit box request, assist with balancing and filling the ATM machine, opening new accounts, and assisting members with solutions to request they may have in relation to their accounts and promoting and evaluating a positive attitude, dedication to the communities we serve and team collaboration and courage. In addition, you have a great opportunity for advancement within the team and organization. We will continue to teach you all we can about the Member Service area and beyond.As a full-time Member Service Representative with 1st Community Credit Union you are eligible for our health, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and cancer benefits. In addition, we have a 401K plan in which 1st Community Credit Union sets aside 3% of your gross wage regardless of your contribution (eligibility does apply).
