DAY TO DAY AS A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE In this phone position, you are responsible for managing the entire plumbing schedule through our software system. You are in charge of booking calls, triaging calls, filling the schedule, and communicating with our technicians and managers throughout the day. Additionally, you're responsible for dispatching duties, such as monitoring the timeliness of plumbers and updating customers with their arrival windows. In addition to managing the plumbing schedule, you perform daily quality check calls for previous day service appointments and communicate any information warranted to the managers. Highly organized, you maintain the company email and online bookings, as well as customer profiles to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You also have the opportunity to attend a weekly networking meeting with other professionals in the valley, building your professional network and learning about new industry trends. You love knowing how important your work is to our success as a company! WOULD YOU BE A GREAT PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE? To be successful in this phone dispatching role, you must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
