A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION MANAGER In this automotive shop position, you are vital to the continued workflow of our auto repair shop. You look over prewritten estimates, ensuring accuracy and taking the timeline into account. Then, based on all current work orders, you assign labor to each technician. Highly organized, you keep track of all completed jobs. When we are running low on parts, you thoroughly research the needed components, then take care to order the correct ones. As technicians perform services, you check in and look at their work. You keep an open line of communication with our team members throughout your shifts. Additionally, you do regular quality control, inspecting parts, tools, and equipment. You take pride in the part you play in our successful operations! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PRODUCTION MANAGER 2+ years of experience as a production manager OR 3+ years of experience as a full-time estimator at a reputable collision shop CCC experience Are you extremely organized and detail-oriented? Do you pride yourself on being dependable and reliable? Are you a self-motivated individual who can work towards achieving company goals? Do you enjoy working with a team?
