$1,000 Sign-On Bonus!! We currently have an opening for a Resident Care Director (LPN-License Practical Nurse) at our Memory Care Facility . The Resident Care Director is responsible for ensuring quality and appropriate care for residents. The Resident Care Director is responsible for providing a "system of care" for residents in a manner and environment that provides dignity, respect, and in full recognition of each resident's individuality. The Resident Care Director will establish procedures, objectives, and work standards and is responsible for the management and supervision of the direct care staff and aspects of care activities of all staff. Works "on-call" as assigned to respond to resident/family emergency situations or staffing emergencies. Will cover shifts as necessary to ensure adequate staffing. Must schedule coverage for planned periods of unavailability. Education and Experience Valid license to practice in the State of Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse At least 2 years of supervisory experience required. Must have at least 2 years of experience in assisted living. Experience in memory care facility preferred.
