Myriad Hotel is hiring for a full-time Restaurant Manager! Responsibilities: Employee management including hiring, training, and terminations Positive style of customer service and engagement Purchasing and inventory management Ensures clean, safe, and consistent food preparation Schedules staff within labor budgets Oversees the financial performance of the store Conducts food and labor cost analysis Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand Maintains professional and technical knowledge base on current trends Develops and manages ongoing safety and sanitation protocols Conducts daily and weekly reporting, and monthly P&L reconciliation Fully participates in company initiatives POS system management Participates in local marketing Preferred Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree) 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry Restaurant experience a plus (fine dining) 5+ years of supervisory/management experience About you You're a people person at heart and enjoy collaborating with other creatives to meet our collective goals and thrive in the market.
