Financial Accounting & Plastic Card Specialist/Back-Office Cincinnati Ohio Police Federal Credit Union (COPFCU) is looking to hire one full-time Financial Accounting & Plastic Card Specialist/Back-Office to provide members with account information, Plastic Card services, EFT/ACH and share draft services, and reconciling accounts. QUALIFICATIONS - B ank or credit union experience is required. - Back Office accounting experience required. - Plastic Card experience preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in business & communications software including Excel. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & PLASTIC CARD SPECIALIST/BACK-OFFICE As a Financial Accounting & Plastic Card Specialist/Back-Office, you cheerfully greet members over the phone, taking the time to really listen to their needs. You always make a great impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our members. With your great customer service skills, you assist members and solve problems, as well as provide information about our credit union, plastic cards, share drafts, EFT/ACH accounts and transactions, including reconciliation of member statements. You are also able to communicate other banking services we offer. You also have opportunities to balance general ledger accounts and daily banking account settlements. In addition, you work with all payroll contacts to verify correct completion of forms and coordinate payroll deductions. You take pride in contributing to our success by treating our members as people, not numbers ! WORK SCHEDULE The work schedule for this full-time position is 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
