CULTA is currently looking for our next Pre Roll Specialist to join our dedicated Trim team in Cambridge, MD! As a Pre Roll Specialist, you will be working with the Post Harvest Team to facilitate the production of pre rolls. Duties will consist of sorting finished flower, smalls and shake, operating pre roll equipment, stickering, labeling, and boxing unit based inventory. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sorts all source packages, separating top tier flower from smalls and shake. Operates automated pre roll equipment per manufacturers recommendations. Maintains production logs, maintenance and cleaning. Applies strain specific stickers, potency labels, and supplemental warning language to exit packaging. Boxing of all unit based inventory. Assist in cleaning of Post Harvest spaces. Ensures safety guidelines are followed. QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent required. Highly organized, self starter. 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing preferred. Must be over 21 and able to pass all applicable background checks and drug screenings. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Familiar with Office 365 and ability to learn and apply new software programs. Ability to solve problems effectively. Effective time-management and ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change. Must be able to work onsite. Possess the physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift 20 lbs.
