POSITIONS AVAILABLE On-call Part-Time HOURLY PAY $16.75 - $21.75 per hour BENEFITS Full-time (30+ hours a week) 403(b) with Employer Match Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Flexible Schedule Flexible Spending Account Free Parking Life Insurance Generous Paid Vacation and Sick Time Package Referral Bonus Program Reduced Fare Bus Pass Part-time Employees 403(b) with Employer Match (20+ hours weekly) Free Parking Reduced Fare Bus Pass Flexible Schedule Paid Vacation Time Paid Sick Time ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS Address resident's needs with respect and attention to safety Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Actively engage clients through conversation and companionship Perform light housekeeping duties Maintaining quality communication with facility nurses as well as with med room staff Maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents Completing ongoing monthly education Abide by Holgate Center's Code of Ethics Holgate Center Code of Ethics Develop a relationship with the people you support that is respectful, based on mutual trust, and maintains professional boundaries Work collaboratively to create a calm atmosphere free from negativity so that the residents/patients have the ability to live free from added stress Promote and protect the health, safety, and emotional well-being of an individual by assisting the person in preventing illness and avoiding unsafe activity Know and respect the values of the people you support and facilitate their expression of choices related to those values QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Proven ability to behave with respect and compassion Possess a professional and positive manner Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds HOLGATE CENTER The Holgate Center Campus is comprised of Friendship Health Center, Odd Fellows of Oregon, and Kenilworth Plaza set on seven acres in the heart of the Kenilworth neighborhood.
