Position Overview: We are looking for a Mobile Psychiatric Medication LPN for Washington County, PA. The Mobile Psychiatric Medication LPN is responsible for coordinating with the Mobile Psychiatric Medication RN Program Manager on the overall operation of the Mobile Psychiatric Medication Team. The LPN should expect to c omplete initial nursing intake and coordinate with the RN Program Manager for ongoing re-evaluations required in the implementation of consumer care. The LPN will develop comprehensive treatment plans for those served to address physical and behavioral health needs using recovery tools and principles, will address the physical health care needs of consumers and take necessary action to resolve identified needs, including appropriate referrals to primary care, and will also d evelop, supervise, and review consumer progress in self-administration of medication. This is a community based program, so the candidate should be able to travel throughout Washington County. Requirements: - High school diploma - Completion of a Practical Nursing Program - Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse License - A minimum of two years nursing experience, one year of psychiatric nursing experience serving seriously mentally ill adults is strongly preferred - Act 33/34 clearances - Valid Driver's License - Able to list 10 pounds, bend, lift, and stretch - Able to travel throughout the community - Able to work a non traditional schedule based on client needs Benefits: - Generous Paid Time Off - Comprehensive health benefits - Mileage reimbursement Program - 401K, 403B - Life insurance provided by employer - Tuition reimbursement program - Referral bonus program - You will be provided with a work cell phone, laptop and printer - Performance bonuses * George Junior Republic and Affiliates is an equal opportunity employer.
