Character of Position As a General Laborer , you will be responsible for conducting various tasks to support the Machine, Build, and Fabrication departments. Responsibilities General cleaning in the machine shop; sweep floors, wipe down machines; shovel machine cuttings, empty trash, and chip barrels Monitor and clean coolant tanks and sumps Assist with set ups Achieve quality and production goals Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assigned Skills Ability to work with and without supervision Personal effectiveness/credibility Clear and consistent communication with team Multitasking Requirements Must be able to work overtime as necessary Education High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits Referral Program Job Development Training Program Great Holiday Schedule 401k Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off ADP Discounts Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
