BILINGUAL AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE PRODUCERThe Clay Cooley Auto Group is looking for Bilingual Finance Producers to join our fast-growing team.We are seeking a top performer with a proven success record in a dealership setting and a stable work history. This individual must be a detail-oriented team player with a high level of integrity and strong communication skills.Job Duties: Provide customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended vehicle service contracts, manufacturer and dealership services, and finance procedures and policies. Make credit decisions, submit deals to lenders for approval and help bridge disconnects in the sales process. Maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs with lending institutions. Process finance and lease deals accurately and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations. Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals. Set and achieve targeted sales goals. Job Requirements: 2 years of automotive sales experience and 1 year in a finance position Maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
