Job Summary : AMF is growing and looking for Project Manager designs for AMF Bakery System's products. The Project Manager will travel internationally and domestically about 25% of the time and is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure all aspects of each project are on time. How you will impact AMF: Lead project planning sessions Coordinating staff and internal resources Managing project progress and adapting work as required Ensuring projects meet deadlines Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Designing and signing off on contracts Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission, and review Designing a risk mitigation plan Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects Managing large and diverse teams What you need to succeed: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/Industrial) 5+ years' experience Written and verbal communication skills Capacity to manage high stress situations Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously Leadership skills Big picture thinking and vision Attention to detail Conflict resolution skills
