The Sportsplex is expanding the Sales Team! We are looking for resilient individuals who are passionate about health & fitness!!! The Sales Representative is responsible for recruiting new group memberships and maintaining membership satisfaction. To be a successful candidate, you must be knowledgeable about health and fitness, have excellent customer service skills, and have the initiative to work independently. Responsibilities: Ensure the accurate execution of membership changes and agreements. Execute a lead generation protocol. Schedule and conduct tours for prospective new members. Schedule prospects for free consultations, fitness assessments, and orientations as appropriate. Attend public, private, corporate, and HCE hosted events in support of all other assigned duties. Conduct off site visits to local establishments in support of all other assigned duties. Establish corporate partnerships with outside entities in support of all other assigned duties. Identify and create strategies for the remittance of delinquent accounts. Identify and create strategies to mitigate account cancellations. Execute new member sales and tours Establish corporate relationships and set in place corporate gym membership incentives Create, manage, and sustain and actionable reporting mechanism for memberships as a profit center Assist with developing brand strategy and implement content Occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of practice Observe, identify, and do what is needed to move us forward in a way that best represents who we are as an organization Other duties as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our Organization's Values Salary: $15/hr & up (Depending on Experience) Benefits Available: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Accident, Cancer, Benefit Time Off, Birthday Pay, & Bereavement Leave Health CARE Express, founded in 2006, currently employs roughly 400 employees across TX, AR, OK, & LA.
