Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated leader to join our retail team. As the Home Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operational functions . This role supports sales and maintenance of visual standards. Essential Functions Keeping an accurate inventory by conducting in - store audits Cleaning and organizing the warehouse stock room Assisting in the assembly and placement of merchandise Unloading and receiving all inbound transfers/purchase orders Loading and unloading customer 's merchandise Monitor customer orders until completion Supporting and assisting the sales team Executing approved business maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, secure and friendly atmosphere T rain, develop, and coach team members Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Lift 100 + lbs. Ability to spend entire shift on feet Preferred Skills Inventory Management Knowledge in Microsoft Suite Strong Communicator Ability to build effective teams 2 + Years of warehouse experience NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
