Pay Scale: $100,000 + per year, annual earnings. Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Position Summary: Supervise commercial plumbing projects and plan, coordinate, execute, maintain & manage an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors, and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule. Qualifications / Skills: Excellent communication skills, oral & written Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of the construction process (RFI, RFP, Change orders etc.) Good computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project Experience with SharePoint and Procore preferred 10+ years Commercial Plumbing experience 10+ years Commercial Hydronics experience Boiler/Chiller install experience Project Management experience 15+ Years' experience desired Associates Degree or Trade School Certificate desired Medical Gas and Pipe Welding experience desired Check us out online: www.powderriverheating.com
