The Role: As a Graphic Designer you will work with other members of the design team to develop and create campaigns across a variety of media including print ads, brochures, event signage & billboards. You will work with the Marketing team on projects for other medias - television, social media, community engagement & more What You'll Do: Layout & design of various print communications published across the state. Work with Marketing Manager and Senior Creative Coordinator to ensure that projects and deliverables are in support of departmental and company initiatives. Be involved in the marketing strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives through sales, customer experience, and services provided. Maintain the image library and update as needed. Edit photos as needed - headshots, product images, service images. Photography experience a plus, not a requirement. Use your creative flair to provide feedback to Senior Creative Coordinator & design team. Oversee and/or complete the finishing work on printing projects and perform content updates to print marketing materials. Bring new design ideas to the table, offering input during creative meanings. What You'll Need: Ability to leverage the appropriate skills, tools and technology--Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A standout portfolio that directly relates to the high-quality work that you'd be producing at Peterman! Bachelor's Degree, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience Has a "do whatever it takes" mindset and will never fret to lend a helping hand to get the project done.
