*** $2500-7500 Commitment Bonus!!! *** ***(Amount is dependent upon license type and FT/PT)*** The Residential Nurse (RN, Graduate Nurse, LPN, Practical Nurse) is responsible for working with the Treatment Team and Director of Nursing in the delivery of nursing and medical care in a behavioral health program. The nursing functions include, but are not limited to, weekly assessments, medication administration, vitals, medical appointments, consultation with physical health physicians and the psychiatrist for the overall medical care for these individuals who often times experience complex medical needs. The program serves adults, who may be dually diagnosed with mental health and intellectual developmentally disabled diagnoses, in a trauma informed care environment. We strive at all times to deliver the highest quality of care to the clients we serve and are always striving for positive outcomes. Beacon Light Adult Residential Services is a provider of choice across several regions in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Journey Health System. Full-Time or Part-Time positions available. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Graduate of Accredited Practical Nursing Program and/or RN Certificate. Current, unrestricted LPN/RN license in the state of Pennsylvania One year of prior experience or training required. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This position gives preference to individuals with an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the local community or to assist with individuals attending required appointments or visits.
