The position supports the Produce Manager in ensuring excellent customer outcomes, effective team leadership, a positive and safe work environment, organized and efficient operations, a visually appealing space, and strong financial outcomes. Specific areas of accountability include customer service, staff support and supervision (directing, coaching, and training), health and safety, daily operations, merchandising, and sustaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Who We're Looking For... A positive, flexible leader who shows up each day ready to support their team, create excellent customer experiences, and contribute to an inclusive environment. We are seeking a candidate with basic computer and math skills, including Microsoft Office and other applications. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday. Current shifts available may vary, and include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours to meet department needs. Flexibility required.
