Position Description JRC Incorporated, located in Greenbrier, TN, is a nationwide construction company specializing in commercial roofing, siding, and exterior improvements. Currently working in 48 of the 50 states and are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator No selling required (We Have a Sales Team) Must live in the Nashville, TN area. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Perform project take-offs from Architect/Construction Spec Drawings Prepare project submittals for specified contract projects Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals Develop estimates, quotations, and detailed proposals Potentially conduct site visits to on-going projects to support operations and enhance the customer communication and experience Skills: Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills Understanding of new construction and specification driven bidding processes a plus Ability to read/interpret architectural drawings desirable Ability to compile and prepare project submittals Ability to track project change orders Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software) On-Screen Take Off experience a plus A Valid driver's license in good standing Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, or Shingle We offer competitive compensation and benefits that include: Full-Time Salaried Position Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision) Life Insurance Paid Vacation 401(k) with company contribution
