The Inside Sales department will work with customer ordering needs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:•Complete quotes for all products and materials.•Communicate with sales staff and customers regarding all facets of the ordering process.•Coordinate with vendors daily to place orders and ensure all items are correct.•Enter all orders scheduled for delivery or pick up.•Track and verify delivery status and lead times as requested by sales staff.•Keep inventory on any returned or damaged items.•Manage records and files of all jobs quoted and ordered.•Assist with takeoffs on blueprints.•Create and track all warranty orders.•Coordinate with dispatch for order delivery.
