And Still We Rise, LLC, is a group mental health practice located in Boston, Massachusetts. We are looking for independently licensed psychotherapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psy.D., Ph.D.) to join our team! We are a just and equitable group practice that values community, critical consciousness, decolonizing mental healthcare, and providing quality mental health services to women, BIPoC, queer, and trans folx. We actively work to create an environment with opportunities for mentoring, learning, and advancement.As a 1099 contractor, you can create your own schedule, select which types of clients you want to counsel, and work from home (telehealth). The ASWR practice will pay to get you credentialed with our insurance providers and will manage all of the nuances like claims filing, denials, etc.Requirements: Psychotherapist candidates must conceptualize from an intersectional perspective, utilize culturally informed interventions, have an interest in working with women, BIPoC, queer, and trans communities, as well as have a niche(s) (e.g., couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) or is interested in developing a niche. Candidates must be licensed in the state of MA or WA and have personal liability insurance. Candidates are required to have an LLC. Candidates must be able to work independently.
