YOUR DAY AS A LEAD TODDLER TEACHER As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you have the important responsibility of getting some of our youngest learners off to a great start on their educational journey. Each day, you manage a busy classroom and provide personalized instruction to your small students. You take advantage of their natural curiosity to help them reach their milestones and learn important life lessons like how to share and how to take turns. In collaboration with our staff, you prepare engaging and age-appropriate lessons. You also provide regular feedback to the children's parents or guardians, adapting your instructions according to the diverse population we serve. Each day is a joy as you watch the children grow and develop under your guidance. You can't wait to come to work so you can laugh, play, and explore with them as they learn about the world around them. WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR LEAD TODDLER TEACHER 12+ college credits in early childhood education (ECE) Experience in a childcare setting Ability to develop lesson plans that meet educational standards Good classroom management skills Ability to pass a criminal background check An associate degree in early childhood education is preferred. Completed RIELDS training is also preferred. Are you creative, patient, and kind? Can you communicate clearly with both children and adults?
