About you: You are a morning person and like to start your day before the sun rises. You plan ahead for weather and stay warm and dry by being prepared. You enjoy doing different things every day and are ok with an unpredictable schedule. You are a quick mover and like to get things done efficiently. How You Will Make an Impact: Act as a backup to the route drivers; running routes when drivers are out and running special deliveries. Maintain working, well stocked, and clean vending machines, Micro Markets, and/or coffee/water services on various routes. Enhance customer relations through professional and friendly customer service. Visit key accounts regularly and address customer needs and requests promptly and respond to customer complaints as they arise. Accurately record inventory information to relay back to the warehouse. Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. What You Bring to the Table: Valid driver's license (standard operator's license, CDL not required) Minimum of five (5) years safe driving experience Previous route driving experience highly preferred Inventory or merchandising experience preferred Experience using smart phones and apps Excellent customer service skills Experience operating a two or four wheeled hand-truck a plus Ability to work early morning hours starting at 5am, Monday thru Friday Must be able to lift product up to 50 pounds, while loading and unloading a truck Must pass a background check and drug screen Covid 19 vaccination required Route Jump Driver Benefits: $44k-$60k a year (pay is either base rate of $850/week or a percentage of the commission, whichever is higher) Paid holidays and PTO Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans available 401(K) retirement plan and company match after 1 year of employment Voluntary supplemental insurance plans through Colonial Life available Free lunch provided daily in the breakroom Discounts at all Trolley House Hospitality companies including catering services, Parterre restaurant, and vending items in our warehouse If you are in any of the following or similar positions, APPLY TODAY!
