Training Administrator Coordinator Reports to and assist the Dean PEO STRI Training, supporting Talent Management with the planning and oversight of organization level activities. Incumbent supports the implementation of local and higher headquarters policy and operating procedures. Incumbent is expected to furnish important advisory services as consultant to management and individual members in the field of training and member development through training opportunities. Helps to facilitate plan and execute training events both internal and external that support PEO STRI. Facilitates development of organizational training plans, development and execution of training budgets, and coordination of logistics and operations to support special programs in support of Talent Management. Required Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of Training & Career Development program planning, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of career management policies, procedures, and regulations. Experience with Learning Management Systems. Ability to process required support documentation, SF182's, memorandums for record. Ability to assist with travel coordination and management activities. Ability to prepare a variety of reports regarding career management recommendations, and evaluation of career development programs. Knowledge of procedures for evaluating centralized training funding requests. Event planning and coordination. Skill in written and oral communication. Ability to effectively conduct employee counseling on a one-on-one or group basis. Ability to develop organizational training plans. Knowledge and skills in effective communication through oral presentation for the delivery of training. Position Requirements: 9 + year's relevant experience. Existing SECRET clearance. Excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks. Full-Time/Part-Time: Full time - 40 hours per week Location: Preferred Orlando area Work Center: A mix of in office and telework. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
