About the position: The Chief Financial Officer d irects and improves finance and accounting at a high level. The CFO provides Leadership for the financial strategic initiatives for the company with long term goals and objectives in mind. Accountable to shareholders in all aspects of finance. Builds community relationships with appropriate lending and financial advisory sources. Some of the key responsibilities for this position include: Creating and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion. Providing insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization. Reviewing and presenting monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and weekly cash flow by division. Reviewing and ensuring application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures.
