VISITING FACULTY DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS AND ENGINEERING The University of St. Thomas (UST), a private Catholic university committed to the liberal arts and the religious and intellectual tradition of Catholic higher education, invites applications from outstanding candidates for a full-time faculty position in physics. The start date for the position is August 2023. General responsibilities for the position include teaching undergraduate lecture and laboratory courses in physics and service activities as needed by the department and the university. A Ph.D. in physics, excellence in teaching, and a commitment to the university's mission are requirements for the position. Applicants must provide: Cover letter addressing qualifications for the position. Curriculum vitae (CV). Philosophy of teaching. Three professional letters of recommendation.
