We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and wants to be part of a collaborative and positive team. We are Ocean State Air Solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator. Our fast-growing company offers competitive pay and benefits! Primary Job Function: As a sales coordinator for Ocean State Air Solutions, you will be responsible for customer service activities such as answering the phone and providing an exceptional first impression. You will be taking care of our customers by scheduling them with our Sales or our Service teams depending on their needs. You will be following up with both Sales and Service customers to ensure they are completely satisfied. You will use several different software platforms to capture customer information and schedule them appropriately. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 depending on experience Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Aggressive self-starter Fast learner PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Exceptional phone skills Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills Conduct self in a professional manner at all times A minimum of two years of related customer service experience Able to multitask and prioritize effectively Qualifications desired: Excellent verbal skills Professional phones skills Strong interpersonal skills Team player ***NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
