Candidate must be dependable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and a team player who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, supervise, and direct technical field staff for various types of construction inspection & testing for a wide variety of construction projects in and around the Philadelphia area Prepare and submit bids/proposals, attend pre-bid meetings, and interact with clients Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Geology or similiar 5+years of experience in Construction Management on projects of varying sizes Registered EIT, Professional Engineer or Geologist required Experience managing construction projects of varying size Some business development experience is a plus and must be able to interact/communicate with clients Experience managing construction staff a plus Specialty construction testing certifications a plus Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401k w/company match, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Relocation assistance available for this position Paid Training Flexible work environment Equal Opportunity Employer Job Posted by ApplicantPro
