Vanguard Soap (www.vanguardsoap.com), a 75-year-old Memphis-based bar soap and liquid personal care product manufacturer, is seeking a salaried Segment Sales Manager for our custom contract manufacturing business. T his position is a leadership role requiring the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment and delivery of revenue growth. Sales Leader will be responsible for calling our current book of business and generating new leads for our sales team. We focus on developing and producing products for startup to major brands that sell into leading US retailers across grocery, mass, club and natural/organic channels, with an orientation toward middle and high end natural/organic products. This is a significant segment for us with a large existing account base and the opportunity to grow in this active and entrepreneurial personal care market. This team member will be doing this by delivering a professional presentation to customers. This associate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability .
