Job Title: Mine Site Transport Driver Department: Operations Reports to: Project Manager GENERAL PURPOSE OF THIS JOB (Summary) Cementation USA is looking for a part time Mine Site Transport Driver for safe and timely transportation of employees between Salt Lake City, UT and the Elko, NV area. Transportation of employees or materials between Elko, NV and the mine site may also be required.. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform trip inspections on vehicle, ensuring safety and roadworthiness. Check vehicle before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order. Compliance with all appropriate Federal and State regulations and applicable Company policies Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations. Maintain vehicle in operable condition. Safely operate vehicles in all weather conditions and at varying elevations. Work varying hours and the ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary. Ability to perform other duties as required. Collaborative team player and leader Positively reacts to change. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role for at least 3 years. Current Driver's License. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a team. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Reliable, punctual & hardworking. Strong commitment to Health and Safety. Ability to work in a team environment and positive work ethic.
