YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR KITCHEN LEAD - RESTAURANT MANAGER This full-time restaurant management position typically works at our food service establishment between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, five days per week . If desired, you can have two consecutive days off . In this multi-faceted Kitchen Lead - Restaurant Manager role, you oversee our kitchen operations while making sure our teams thrive and customers are completely satisfied. You ensure that we are always well-stocked by creating inventory and prep lists to maintain consistency in producing delicious and healthy food. Furthermore, you take charge of customer service, setting a positive example for our other front-of-house employees through your friendly and upbeat interactions with customers. You also contribute to maintaining a positive team environment by serving as not only a supervisor but also a mentor that provides training, feedback, and motivation. In addition to managing a great team of people, you also handle all of the behind-the-scenes tasks that are essential to keeping our restaurant running smoothly. You are responsible for opening and closing the store and managing the cash in our registers. Your ultimate goal is to lead an outstanding team and bring joy to our customers by providing them with delicious and healthy food.
