Job Title: Clinical Therapist Trainee Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide in-home services and use telehe alth as needed Provide 15-20 billable hours per week for part-time, 32 billable hours per week for full-time D iagnostic assessments and de-westernized therapy Develop treatment plans Conduct diagnostic assessments Provide ongoing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families at our office, in-home and/or virtually Ability to provide culturally sensitive services that are advocacy-oriented and client-centered Encourage client retention and regular communication, coordinate services with other health care providers to ensure that client receives adequate services Provide adequate documentation of services, i.e., complete progress notes Participate in department clinical supervision and other meetings, including a monthly group training session, perform other duties as assigned.
