Organize, deliver, and direct professional nursing care to residents Serve as Charge Nurse for assigned resident care neighborhoods Provide continuous clinical leadership Direct paraprofessional staff regarding resident care Communicate with staff, families, physicians and all departments as needed regarding resident needs What do I need for this Nurse - RN or LPN role?
