The Arc Ontario Accounts Receivable Specialist Salary: $17.88-$19.04 Position Overview The Arc Ontario is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our supportive team! You'll be the go-to person for preparing monthly journal entries, tracking receivables, and resolving billing issues like a pro. With your financial savvy and problem-solving skills, you'll keep our revenue flowing and ensure we're always on top of our financial game. Responsibilities Responsible for submitting all electronic Medicaid claims and for creating monthly journal entries to record program revenue and corresponding receivables to the general ledger. Responsible for creating and submitting invoices for contract-based billings, and receiving and applying corresponding payments. Receives and codes Medicaid electronic remittances received from NYS eMedNY eXchange and/or OPWDD website and enters payments so outstanding receivables can be identified.
