Care Team Specialist II Announcement #222954 Attention to detail and proven customer service will ensure success as a Care Team Specialist II. This role is a communication liaison between the medical care team and the patient. You will be responsible for processing referrals in an accurate and timely manner as well as insurance authorizations. You will provide excellent customer service by greeting and registering arriving patients, answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance and co-pay information, and maintaining waiting room areas. Our Obstetrics & Gynecology clinic is a collaborative group that is committed to patient-centered care, and we can't wait to welcome you to the team!
