Summary of Major Functions: Primarily responsible for the oversight & supervision of milieu staff, scheduling and programming for the Denver PHP/IOP program as part of the interdisciplinary team and in tandem with the Clinical Director and Medical Director. Duties and Responsibilities: Program Management and Development: Ensures EDCare's mission and treatment philosophy is consistently implemented in treatment program. As part of clinical leadership team initiates and participates in creative and effective program development. Ensure quality treatment programming as evidenced by review of written curriculum. Establish and edit policies and procedures for ongoing consistency in delivery of clinical services. Other related job duties as may be assigned. Clinical Staff Management and Development: Coordinates efforts of clinical team to provide consistent, effective day to day treatment. Supervises the program and individual clinicians/milieu staff to deliver PHP/IOP services as designed. Supervise Art therapist duties- ordering supplies, hourly schedule, clinical training, etc. Hire, evaluate, and arrange coverage for contract staff. Attend all staffing and monitor treatment progress of PHP patients. Attends and oversee community meetings. Complete Patient Advocate duties as necessary. Support clinical staff in professional growth and delivering education to the community. Schedule clinical training opportunities and maintain internal clinical training handbooks. Receive and respond to student requests for internships via email, schedule interviews, and identify and schedule selected students for internship for the fall and summer slots; maintain relationships with internship liaisons at the college Master's programs. Schedule student orientations and trainings; provide or arrange student supervisions. Complete payroll for milieu staff, art therapist biweekly. Responds timely to appropriate medical record requests. Complete performance reviews in a timely manner. Actively work with human resources in the hiring process (reviewing resumes, interviewing and decision-making). Monitor and manage staff schedule (PTO requests, time off, etc.) that provides appropriate staffing coverage. Other related job duties as may be assigned. Corporate Responsibilities: Understand that management's ultimate goals is the clinical reputation and effectiveness of EDCare's clinical services. Actively participate in developing and adhering to the short and long term business objectives of EDcare as established by EDCare's Board of Managers and its CEO. Actively participate and attend Senior Management meetings. Participate in short-term and long-range strategic planning. Actively participate in developing the annual and periodic budgets for EDCare, its clinics and existing and planned programs. Compile and produce ongoing Patient Satisfaction Report and other surveys. Compile and prepare Board of Managers Quarterly Reports for programs Provide on-call job duties as needed. Proactively handle conflicts with other departments, performance issues with employees and any other managerial issues as needed or as directed. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D/PsyD in behavioral health field a must. Licensed or License Eligible as LP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Colorado required. Experience working individually and in groups with eating disordered clients preferred. Clinical conceptualization of the treatment of eating disorders and dual diagnosis preferred. Good oral and written communication skills a must. Clinical leadership skills a must, minimum of two years' experience supervising others. Experience managing a department strongly preferred. Minimum of beginner skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate skills are required with Microsoft Outlook.2. Must be able to effectively maneuver within an office scheduling system.3. Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within an electronic medical records system. Physical Demands and Environment: Physical demands of this job include but are NOT limited to: Sitting frequently, standing occasionally, walking occasionally, talking frequently, hearing frequently, seeing constantly, reaching with arms and hands occasionally, crouching occasionally and using fingers intricately. This position requires lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds occasionally. Environmental conditions of this job include but are NOT limited to: 95% inside, 99% normal temperature and 99% normal noise as expected in a medical office environment.
