The Community Manager will manage the apartment community and accomplish property objectives. This position is responsible for all property operations and will supervise site staff. Must have the desire to work both independently and as a team. Skills/Qualifications: Property Management or related field experience a Plus MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook required Experience with Yardi preferred Experience with LIHTC/Affordable Housing program a PLUS Full-time position (40 hours) with weekend hours required on a rotating basis. NOTE: As a condition of employment, a satisfactory drug test and background check are required.
