This position requires an 06B electrical license. Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license, and insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Universal EPA Certification 06A License or 06B License Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of residential and light commercial equipment Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and of ductwork modifications Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Experience making repair and replace decisions Advanced customer service skills Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and surroundings Willingness to invest time in training and classes Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired Possess tools needed Check us out online: www.wantheat.com service, service technician, service tech lead, journeyman service technician, tech, technician, journeyman tech, journeyman technician, service tech, top technician, top tech, top service technician, top service tech, hvac service technician, hvac technician, hvac tech
