Job Title: ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner Summary: Provide mental health skills services as outlined in the client's treatment plan in the home to help adults adjust manage the symptoms of their mental health condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide in-home services and telehealth as needed Provide mental health skills services as outlined in the client's treatment plan in the home to help adults adjust to managing the symptoms of their mental health condition. Maintain a caseload - meeting 15-20 billable hours for part-time, 32 billable hours for full-time Ability to provide culturally sensitive services Must possess clinically creative skills Must be able to sustain attention to detail Must be able to work independently Ensure compliance with DHS regulations Must possess great organizational skills. Encourage client retention and regular communication, coordinate services with other health care providers to ensure that client receives adequate services Provide adequate documentation of services, i.e., complete progress notes Document contact with families or other providers Participate in department clinical supervision and other meetings Ensure compliance with DHS regulations Receive supportive supervision as needed Perform in an ethical manner and maintain professional boundaries Represent the agency in a positive light by being respectful toward clients and co-workers. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor's and 2000 of experience - 1 year, or 6000 hours of experience - 3 years of experience, or if you're enrolled in a master's program related to social work -LMFT, LPCC, or meeting a language requirement Job Posted by ApplicantPro
