Our quality department is looking to add another Customer Survey Reporting Administrator to assist with creating a great experience for our customer base. Feedback from our customers is vital to the success of Lanter and you can be a part of this by helping us get feedback from our customer base. You will be making calls and interacting with customers, documenting their feedback, and putting together metric reports for the department. The success of this survey program is key to enhancing the overall Customer Experience within Lanter Delivery Systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform Calls Daily to Dealers to get answers to 6-7 questions along with Specific Dealer Comments Research Microsoft Dynamics for dealer issues to review; provide feedback Ability to listen to dealers provide good and bad feedback and document accordingly Detail oriented - provide specific details on results for Operations to Follow Up On Ability to stay on task and finish schedule Data entry into CRM, Excel Work with Customers and Account Management on providing Customer reports internally/externally Utilize Power BI for reporting along with Excel Great communication Skills Don't give up attitude - ability to continue to reach out to dealers in order to get a high response % Communication of Results to the Field Ability to follow up with Operations on Issues, Root Cause and Counter Measures accountability Provide Results to AM and Customers Provide Trend Graphs of Results by Customers, FXD, Districts to all Stakeholders Review Data for reports for accuracy and provide feedback to Operations and Account Managers Preferred Skills/Abilities Customer Service Experience High attention to detail Excellent communication, both written and verbal Organizational skills Basic computer literacy required with exp in Excel and MS Office EEO Statement Lanter Delivery Systems provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all team members and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
