Benefits Competitive wages Company cell phone provided Mileage reimbursement 401k Health and Medical plans available Uniform allowance Position Summary This position maintains the physical environment (inside/outside) for residential and commercial properties, executes work orders, and ensures properties maintain excellent first impressions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Survey buildings and repair ensuring consistency with health and safety standards. Knowledge of EPA, OSHA and NEC regulations are a plus. Perform basic maintenance of electrical systems (replacing light bulbs, ballast, outlets, switches) Conduct general upkeep and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, plumbing, appliances, drywall repair, windows, etc.) Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Perform manual repairs when necessary Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum high school or GED required. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Previous experience as a maintenance technician Deadline, detail, and customer service-oriented Strong knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Must possess a valid driver's license Must provide own tools Local travel required
