Registered Nurse - Assistant Director of Nursing

Pathlight is currently looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing Summary of Position: Responsible for the supervision and participation in the ongoing delivery of Nursing Services in the designated area serving people with complex medical, behavioral and complex developmental disabilities, in accordance with Program policies, applicable external regulations, mandates and the Nurse Practice Act. Provide additional training and systems input for total program efficiency. Serve as primary back-up for the Nursing Director. Qualifications: Broad knowledge of a discipline such as nursing care involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4 year college education. Valid Massachusetts RN license . Over 3 years of progressively learning experience with at least one year of supervisory experience. Requires a valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle. Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of DDS regulation and Massachusetts HICIS system preferred. Pay Rate: $74,734.40 - $80,870.40.
