Liberation Programs is hiring a Quality and Compliance Specialist. This position is responsible for assisting with the agency's goal of providing a cohesive, well executed quality and compliance program throughout the organization. Specifically, the Quality and Corporate Compliance Specialist will: 1) Manage projects related to the agency accreditation process . 2) Supervise and perform agency-wide quality monitoring/improvement duties, 3) Supervise and perform agency-wide compliance duties. Job Responsibilities: Support the coordination of information for quality, compliance and regulatory readiness Contribute to the development of processes and plans relating to charting, compliance and quality. Assist with process and plan revisions as directed. Responsible for the management of data in the state operating system, DDaP Compiles chart documentation per record requests and submits timely to requested parties Conduction of on-going chart audits in all agency programs using the agency's electronic audit tools. Components of audit review include quality of documentation, program and billing requirements, and overall utilization review. Develop and implement an audit schedule based on management's determination of the frequency and volume of audits necessary to meet quality and regulatory requirements. Communicates with program management and teams any audit findings Assists with monthly dashboards as needed Drive quality improvement with contributions to the training department based on audit trends. Maintain knowledge of the clinical treatment and documentation standards of Liberation Programs' regulators and accrediting organization (CARF). PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in a human services or relevant field is required. A minimum of five years of health care experience. Experience with regulatory bodies including CARF, DPH, CSSD, and DMHAS is preferred. Experience with managing data is strongly preferred. Thorough knowledge of current federal and state regulations as well as accreditation processes. Strong computer skills and data analysis skills is required including demonstrated ability with Word, Outlook, Excel and electronic health record systems. Strong oral and written communications skills along with the interpersonal skills to work effectively at all levels of the organization and its stakeholders.
