It's busy in the summer and can slow down in the winter but that's when we focus on training for future advancement and certifications. We have an in-house training room for installing and troubleshooting equipment to building a duct system and an in-office staff straight out of the field and willing to train the right candidate and invest in their future career, which is a great pathway to becoming eventually a lead technician, driving own truck and leading a team! Job Summary : To assist in the installation and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a positive experience while maintaining high quality and timely job performance. Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required Pay Scale : Starting $15 per hour DOE + Benefits Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Pension Program, Paid Holidays & Vacation, PTO, Paid Training, Tools Program Required Qualifications : Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass background screens & drug test HVAC experience is preferred but not necessary Completion of HVAC school is preferred Ability to lift 80lb+, access crawlspaces, and attics, use ladders Must have mechanical aptitude apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
