Job Description: Ponte's Auto Care currently has an opening for an Automotive Technician with a minimum of 5 years hands on professional experience or a graduate of an automotive training program. This position will allow you to gain valuable experience to further advance your career as an Automotive Technician you must be able to perform the following but not limited to: Complete vehicle inspection, oil change, tires, brakes, alignments, and fluid replacements, routine vehicle maintenance according to vehicle manufacturer requirements Adequately explain and document needed repairs to your Service Advisor Be willing to attend company-paid training. Communicate effectively with your assigned Service Advisor and Shop Manager. Maintain an organized, clean work area. Follow company safety policies and procedures The work hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm . We offer Medical Insurance, paid vacation, sick pay, paid holidays and a 401(k) retirement plan Hourly with a production bonus - 40-hour guarantee, overtime is available Qualifications: You'll need a high level of motivation, energy, and a customer-focused attitude Must have your own tools.
