Job Duties Assist in reviewing project details to ensure that proper materials, tools, and equipment are brought to each job Assist in loading materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job, when needed Travel to the customer's home to install the job Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods Work on each job at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality Assist Foreman with job specific duties Trench and Install in a safe manner Provide customers with a remarkable experience Job Requirement Must have 3+ years of experience in Construction and/or Home Improvement. Must have 1+ years of experience as a Foreman, Co-Foreman, Lead or in supervisory capacity. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required. Unrestricted lifting and operating ability with heavy power tools, components, and machinery.
