Youth Homes is currently hiring Family Care Therapists to join our mission of providing the highest quality care to youth and families. Our vision is to provide an array of services to support children and families of Western Montana, regardless of their ability to pay. Youth Homes' Family Care Therapist provides in home therapeutic interventions to family and youth. The Family Care Therapist facilitates the adjustment, positive growth, and development of the youth through a variety of services including family support, health, psychological, community, legal and educational. Relationship lies at the core of our philosophies, and as recent research and our decades of experience have shown us, providing youth with the opportunity to build positive relationships with trusting adults can have a meaningful, life-long impact on all involved. We care about your: Clinical support: Youth Homes provides clinical support to licensed clinicians and licensure candidates. Licensure candidates receive up to (4) hours to study for licensing test. Youth Homes will pay for continued licensure. Time off: Vacation is important! Annual leave up to 80 hours per year and bonus leave at the rate of 16 hours or each year of employment up to a maximum accrual rate of 112 hours per year. (WOW! Almost 5 weeks of vacation total!). Health: Health insurance (Youth Homes pays 85% of employee's premium, HSA contributions up to $100/month, optional dental and vision insurance. Time for your health: Exceptional leave (illness or injury) up to 96 hours per year. Preparation for the future: 401(k) retirement account. Youth Homes will match two-to-one up to 3% of the employee's gross wages. Investing in you: Paid trainings, individual supervision, and annual raises. A therapist to: Provide child and family therapy Provide family support Provide support to foster families and birth families Develop and implement treatment plans Provide Program facilitation Support a cooperative and collaborative staff team environment. What You Need to Get the Job Done: Applicants should have a candidate's license in State of Montana at the time of hire along with these qualifications: A Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology. At least 2 years of experience in working with high-risk children or children and youth in foster/adoptive care and their families. An ability to relate to children and families of varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
