Air Masters Heating & Cooling is looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the desire to grow within our trade. We offer on-the-job training and significant growth potential within the company. Our employees receive continuous training and professional development to advance their knowledge in the trade. Qualified candidates will have a clean driving record, pass a drug screen , and background check, can use basic tools , and be punctual. Starting pay is $14.00 - $30.00 p/hr and will increase with your skills. Benefits: Medical (100% paid for by employer) 6 Paid Holidays 40 hours of vacation after completing 1 year Accrue 1 hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked HSA 401K + company match Company Uniform Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass a background check and drug test Must be willing to invest time in training seminars and classes. Basic computer proficiency Able to lift up to 100 lbs Must be able to work in small spaces and varying types of weather apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
